Cancellations for 5/2/03-12/24/03, 2/6/04-4/4/04 and 4/11/04-12/24/04 made less than 3 days prior to arrival will be charged 1 nights room and tax. Cancellations for 12/25/03-1/3/04 and 4/5/04-4/10/04 made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 2 night room and tax. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
